⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jerry was absolutely wonderful to work with! From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and (dare I say?) even enjoyable. I’m not always the easiest customer—some might say I’m “particular” (okay, very particular)—but Jerry handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great sense of humor. I truly can’t recommend him enough. If you want someone who knows their stuff, communicates clearly, and actually makes the experience pleasant, go with Jerry. You won’t regret it!
They helped me out in a pinch with reprogramming my key fobs after one of them was stolen and Briggs Subaru (Topeka) was trying to charge me $1,000 to replace the whole module in my car as well as the keys entirely. McCarthy quoted me $179 over the phone to reprogram and deactivate the stolen fob, but wound up not charging me a dime because they were sympathetic of my situation. They even fixed my tire pressure without me asking! Having my car stolen and then recovered without the fob was such a grueling experience with working with insurance and being worried every day that whoever had my fob would come back and take my car again. McCarthy really just closed up this whole thing on a high note for me, and I appreciated that greatly. 10/10 customer service and I absolutely will be using them in the future based on this quick experience alone.
A dealer that won't drive you crazy, waste your time and pick your pockets. I've bought many vehicles over the years and this experience was a pleasure. I went in got a good deal and drove away in a fantastic new Crosstrek. I spent maybe an hour and a half with paperwork and everything. McCarthy doesn't bury you in fees either. It's nice to get a high quality vehicle at a reasonable price and have a stress free buying experience. To the staff at McCarthy I say thank you for making the car buying process and regular maintenance a painless experience.
Jarell is AMAZING! Highly recommend to go see him for your next car. Not only is he very personable and knowledgeable about the cars he sells new and used he also make the whole process so stress-free. He is GREAT with kids. My babysitter canceled last minute and we had to bring my 3 year old with us and he played with her to help us keep her busy. He is serious the best and deserves a raise!
